To protect against fraudulent transactions, we require that the billing address provided for payment must match the shipping address for the order. Orders where the billing and shipping addresses do not match may be flagged for potential fraud.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or hold any order suspected of being fraudulent, including but not limited to those with mismatched billing and shipping addresses. If we refuse or cancel an order under this policy, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided during checkout.

In the event of suspected fraud, including the use of stolen payment information or any unauthorized charges, we shall not be liable for any resulting fraudulent charges, losses, or damages. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legitimacy of all payment and address information provided.

We may employ additional verification measures, such as Address Verification Service (AVS) checks or manual review, to confirm orders. Failure to pass these checks may result in order cancellation without prior notice.

Important: it is on you (the purchaser) to contact the FFL that you are shipping your firearm(s) to and to know if you are eligible to own/purchase the firearm(s). It is not the fault of Eagle's Nest Tactical or anyone involved with our business if there are any issues with the transfer(s) once we ship out the firearm.

You must be aware of your own State Laws and regulations. If you purchase an item that is restricted in your state, we may cancel your order. You will be refunded your money, minus the card transaction fee.
